COVID-19 Updates

The construction company building Willow Valley Communities’ newest expansion, SouthPointe at Lakes, followed PA Governor Wolf’s order and ceased construction as directed by that mandate. Subsequently, an exemption was granted, which has allowed construction at SouthPointe to continue. Some vendor/suppliers are still affected by the order. The overall impact to SouthPointe timing is unknown at this time; we believe it will be minimal. Additional information will be forthcoming as we know more.

Selection/Availability

You will remain on the Wait List for a Providence Park Villa the whole time and be offered one if your name comes up. You could decide to switch to an existing villa. Your entrance fee deposits would transfer. Any payments made for upgrades to the intended new villa are non-refundable.

At the time of selection, you will need to submit a deposit equal to 10% of the entrance fee for the particular residence selected along with a completed application.

Financial/Sales Progression

Your monthly fee will begin upon move-in, or 60 days after the availability date, whichever occurs first. Same for the remaining 65% of the entrance fee.

The wait list/Platinum Program deposit ($10,000 or $5,000 depending when you applied) goes toward the 65% (of entrance fee) final payment.
